RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

here are no material related party transactions entered into by the Company with Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel or other designated persons, which may have a potential conflict with the interest of the Company at large. Accordingly, the disclosure of related party transactions, as required under Section 134(3)(h) of the Act, in Form No. AOC-2 is not applicable to the Company. All transactions with related parties were reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee. Prior omnibus approval of the Audit Committee is obtained for related party transactions which are of repetitive nature and entered in the ordinary course of business and on an arm’s length basis. A statement giving details of all related party transactions is placed before the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
